UPDATE 3/27/2020

Good evening TLC families. This evening Governor Cooper just released a stay at home order, effective Monday, March 30 at 5:00 PM. As a result, our drop-off and pick up times for Monday, March 30 will be 7:30-9:30 AM, and 2:30-4:30 PM, which will allow all parents and staff to be home by 5:00. Students will be given two weeks worth of work, so no one will need to go out during this time. If you need more information on this, please contact your teachers for guidance.

I also want to assure you that during these chaotic and stressful times that TLC is here for you. The Learning Center is an essential business, so we will still be able to offer services to you as they come up. We will be communicating with you regularly about our status and what offerings we can, and continue to provide for our families. Thanks for your patience, understanding, and support during these challenging times.

UPDATE 3/16/2020

Good afternoon TLC families, we have been working with CCSS to provide food for our families during this time of need.
Beginning today, families will be able to pick up breakfast and lunch at six of Cherokee County Schools schools. These are Andrews Elementary, Peachtree Elementary, Martins Creek Elementary Middle, Murphy Elementary, Hiwassee Dam School, and Ranger Elementary Middle. Parents and students can pick up both breakfast and a lunch between 8am and 1pm. If you need food delivered to your child please call our school or call central office 837-2722 and give Kristie or Cindy your name, address, and numbers of students in your care. The students do not need to be with you to pick up the meals. All school aged students are eligible for free.

Also, extended learning packets for those families without technology can be picked up in the office after 12:00 today. Families with internet access can find them by going to our website, naturallygrownkids.org, and clicking on the pop up window to access our google drive.

Thanks for your patience and support as we navigate our way through these challenging times, and a BIG thanks goes out to Cherokee County Schools for their support. Stay healthy, stay safe, and we hope to see you soon.

If you need assistance, please contact the school office or email Cheryl Kirby.
