Parent & Family Engagement

Policy & Plan

Family particpation in school life is extrememly valuable to students. We create many ways for families to be involved!

We want all students who attend TLC! to come to school knowing our expectations of them. We hope you will take time to sit down as a family and review our policies and procedures. All forms posted here electronically can also be obtained in hard copy in our school office.

We want to stay in frequent communication with our TLC! families. Information from the office to families will be done in the following ways:

  • Letters on yellow paper sent home from school with your student

  • (5th-8th Grade) Text and email messages from teachers using the ClassTap messaging app.

  • (K-4th Grade) Teacher notes in student planners

  • Posts to the TLC! GrowZone Blog and Facebook page

  • Updates to our website

Keep up with what's happening at TLC!

All the details about your student's school experience are in here. Every student and their families should read the handbook every year, as we often add updates between school years. We want families to know our high expectations for students and be prepared to be a positive and engaged part of our Learning Community.
