The Learning Center Charter School1st Grade STEM – Forces & Motion
Recently, students in first grade explored forces and motion in science. Students explored how texture and therefore friction affect the motion of a toy car. Students loved this lab as they got to explore different heights of ramps and see how this affected speed and length traveled as well.
