To end the day, we had a mini Chinese Buffet. Ms. Jessie taught the children how to eat with chopsticks, and at the end of the day, the children were given a red envelope with a special coin inside, a fortune cookie, and their own set of chopsticks.  ….a day loaded with academic fun!
