The Learning Center Charter School2nd Grade STEM Project – The Human Body
Students in second grade recently completed a STEM project that was all about the human body. Students learned the different body systems and functions. They also learned how to keep their bodies healthy. Students enjoyed making inflatable lungs as seen above. To learn about both chemical and mechanical digestion, students made plastic stomachs.
