In Kindergarten, Friday is called “Fun Friday” for a reason. On this Fun Friday, students got to make their own playdough. If you ask any of them if they had fun they will surely say yes. However, in addition to all the fun they were learning to follow directions, measure ingredients, and take turns. Plus, the sensory integration provided by projects like this is an important component in all investigation. The best kind of learning is hands on learning!
